TJ & Megan

"It was Wednesday, January 23, 2019. My mom, sister, and I went to get our nails done. Little did I know, Tj was at my house setting up the perfect proposal. When I walked into my house, there was a trail of rose petals leading into my living room where I found a chair with a dozen roses and candles all around. On my TV was a video of pictures, all of the memories we shared throughout high school, and my favorite love song played in the background. When the video was over, Tj was crying as he came around the corner and got on one knee and asked me to marry him."

I love hearing engagement stories like this. It always reminds me of why I do what I do. I have known Megan for a long time. She was one of the campers I had counseled many years ago and I have been able to capture many special memories for her since then. However, this event in her life is by far the most important one of all.
